We are seeking a number of Machine Operators to work with a leading manufacturer within the Paper Industry. If you are interested in a GREAT opportunity, have a strong work ethic and ability and willingness to learn then we want to hear from YOU!

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range:
Based on Experience

Shift: All shifts available; AM and PM, 8, 10, 12 hours shifts

What's the Job?

• Run assigned machinery and make basic adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform quality inspections to meet customer specifications and deadlines
• Set up and operate machinery, including general maintenance and troubleshooting
• Assist with packaging, labeling, opening rolls, splicing, and roll tending
• Utilize ERP systems and interpret job tickets for production accuracy
• Experience on sheeter or printing press machines preferred, not necessary!

What's Needed?

• Experience on sheeter or printing press machines preferred, not necessary!
• 1+ years of machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand internal and external job tickets
• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
