- - Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning, washing, rinsing, and sanitization of bakery machinery, conveyors, ovens, pots, pans, mixing bowls, and more;
Degrease and maintain various types of equipment as scheduled;
Clean non-production areas including ceilings, pipes, fans, and structural items;
Mop, deck brush, and squeegee floors during wash downs as directed;
Operate in hot, damp, wet conditions, and work with strong chemicals, often in high or tight spaces around machinery
