As a screen printing press operator 1st shift, you will be making our customer s artwork come alive by producing screen printed garments in a highly efficient production environment.
Typical Day / Essential FunctionsHere is what a typical day might look like. These are the essential functions of the job.

- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis:
Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, and Humility. - Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
- Setup, operate, and troubleshoot a screen-printing press to screen print decorate garments with customer-supplied artwork in an efficient high production environment.
- Inspect print quality and graphic placement to ensure high quality, accurate prints.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Comply with safety procedures, rules and regulations.
- Keep an organized workflow for smooth and consistent output.
- Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
- Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
- Someone who can communicate effectively as well as work independently and as a team player.
- A multi-tasker who is ready to act in any situation.
- Organized and focused on the details that matter.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Regular and predictable attendance.
