Primary Function
Based at our Appleton, WI location, the Production Associate will assemble residential water treatment systems. The successful candidate will be able to accurately work from a bill of materials to determine required media and components. The candidate will be trained and work all phases of the assembly line to include tank filling, final assembly, and packaging. The Production Associate will have the skill set to work both accurately and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Reading Bill of Materials
- Pick Parts from Multiple Locations
- Assemble Components
- Inventory control
- Shop clean up
- Quality control
- Drive a forklift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Good attitude and team player
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 60 days of hire
- Measurement/mathematical skills
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
High School Diploma or GED
