POSITION SUMMARY
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, flexible hours from 4:00 am - 4:00 pm or until work is completed. Overtime is required as needed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Highly competitive wages start at $20.00/hour!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Consistently lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; when lifting commercial tires, perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment.
- When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Some stock racks are 25 feet tall; must be comfortable working at those heights safely while operating equipment.
- Be on the move, working on your feet for extended periods, and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to our culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- May assist other departments, such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will call, depending on business needs.
- Other job‑related tasks may be assigned; follow instructions and meet reasonable accommodations.
Physical demands:
Must be qualified to operate equipment safely. Frequently lift products weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds. Occasionally exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handle commercial tires by rolling, destacking, team lifting, or using mechanical equipment.
Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL (self‑retracting lifeline). All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots.
Work environment:
May be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level is usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants may be present.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
- Abide by all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
- Ability to pass forklift certification.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC).
