Join a growing industrial equipment manufacturer building custom‑engineered machinery used in advanced manufacturing and material handling environments. This is a highly hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys machine building, controls troubleshooting, electrical work, and solving real‑world mechanical challenges. This position offers a unique blend of in‑house assembly and field service support, giving technicians the opportunity to work on complex equipment from build through startup and customer installation.

- Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Work with PLCs, HMIs, drives, and related controls equipment
- Train customer personnel on machine operation and maintenance
- Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Degree in an electrical or electro‑mechanical field preferred
- 3+ years of hands‑on industrial equipment, automation, machine build, or service experience
- Strong understanding of:
- Electrical wiring and schematics
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- PLCs, HMIs, and drives
- Mechanical assembly and troubleshooting
- General understanding of PLC ladder logic
- Allen Bradley controls experience is highly desirable
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with approximately 10–15% overnight travel
- Industrial maintenance technicians
- Packaging, converting, paper, tissue, or material handling equipment experience
