Job SummaryAs a screen room operator, you will help our customers bring their artwork to life by producing screen‑printed garments in a highly efficient production environment. You will demonstrate our core values of honesty, curiosity, collaboration, flexibility, accountability, empathy, positive attitude, and humility.
Responsibilities- Interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of responsibilities.
- Perform daily reclaiming, shooting, coating, taping, and blocking of all screens as needed.
- Run the reclaim machine, screen coater, or I Image machines as trained.
- Operate computerized ink mixing system to produce Oeko‑Tex certified ink.
- Operate the turn‑around mixing table to thoroughly mix ink colors.
- Organize and categorize ink inventory in the ink library.
- Run and maintain the squeegee cleaning machine to provide new squeegees daily.
- Participate in training classes and seek professional development.
- Assist in other areas as needed and when time allows.
- High school diploma or equivalent (or ability to obtain equivalency within the first year of employment).
- Experience in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Adaptability to a swiftly changing work environment.
- Detail‑oriented with a professional attitude.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Organized and focused on important details.
- Effective communicator who can work independently and as a team player.
