- 3:00pm - 1:00am, Monday through Thursday (four-10's)
- Full Time $16.00-$18.00/hr + benefits package!
- PTO - 80 hours in the first year of service!

The Packaging Team Member is responsible for the efficient operation of the light packaging and curd room lines while accurately filling and securing our products to ship to customers. This position must practice safety in all aspects of the job. Additionally, this position must interact well with all other departments and be willing to learn and assist in other areas as needed.
Whatwill you do?
- Work on the production line, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and meeting daily output goals!
- Monitor product quality (freshness, texture, appearance) while ensuring packages are being properly sealed and labeled.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards while keeping your work station clean.
- Maintain the duties of the department as per packaging supervisor’s instructions.
- Inspect package and seal of product in correct packaging.
- Assure proper labeling per order as set by the supervisor.
- Stack finished product within the proper boxes on a pallet.
- Understand the cleanup operation of the packaging department.
- Season cheese curds while following flavor profiles provided by the supervisor.
- Inspect weight and seal retail packages of cheese.
- Properly record production data.
- Maintain a sanitary workspace according to the company’s Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Follow all current company policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Reliable attendance and on-time arrival are required.
- Ability to read and follow directions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Skills:
- Eagerness and willingness to learn and work in the dairy industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repetitively.
- Stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
- Pass a drug & alcohol screen as well as a general background check.
- Food plant environment; must adhere to all food and plant safety policies and regulations.
- Work with chemicals for cleaning purposes.
Must be 18 years of age as required by policy.
* Stay Bonus awarded after 60 days of successful employment and paid through regular payroll.
