Continuous Improvement Manager - Food Manufacturing
We are partnered with a leading manufacturer of baked goods to identify a hands‑on Continuous Improvement Manager to drive performance, efficiency, and profitability across a high‑volume bakery operation. This role focuses on leading CI initiatives, improving processes, and building a strong culture of accountability and results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
- Drive efficiency, waste reduction, and cost savings
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
- Partner with production teams to improve output, quality, and performance
- Coach supervisors and develop a CI-driven culture
- Support food safety, quality, and operational standards
- Proven experience in continuous improvement within food/bakery manufacturing (bread required)
- Strong leadership and change management experience
- Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- High‑impact leadership role driving site‑wide improvement
