We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a growing manufacturing facility in the Delavan, WI area. This is a high-impact leadership role supporting a team of approximately 35–40 employees, with significant investment in new equipment and production lines.
This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being on the floor, and takes ownership of building a strong preventive maintenance culture while supporting continued plant growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a maintenance team supporting a multi-line manufacturing operation
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs to improve uptime and reliability
- Oversee installation and commissioning of new machinery and production lines
- Troubleshoot and support complex equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Manage CMMS systems (Red Zone preferred) to track maintenance activity and performance
- Partner with operations and engineering to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime
- Support automation systems including servo and cylinder-driven equipment
- Work with PLCs, vision systems, and other advanced manufacturing technologies
- Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all standards
- Maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong hands-on technical background across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
- Experience with equipment installation and plant expansion projects
- CMMS experience (Red Zone preferred)
- Experience with plastics manufacturing (injection molding or blow molding) is highly preferred
- Proven leadership skills with strong communication and team development abilities
- $110,000 – $160,000 base salary (depending on experience)
