IQ Resource Group is seeking highly motivated and reliable candidates for a Shipping/Receiving position in Neenah, WI. Prior forklift and box clamp lift experience required. Apply today or give us a call !
Location: Neenah, WIWage: $16.50/hr ($17/hr once hired)
Hours:6am- 2:30pm (may be required to stay until the trucks are finished - up to 2 additional hours, some weekends required)
JOB DUTIES:
- Load items onto trailer according to BOLs, TL, or DST number, ensuring quantities and style descriptions are correct.
- Stack items in trailer until order is complete.
- Package and label product correctly.
- Palletize product when necessary.
- Properly receive in raw materials and store in appropriate area.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work with others as part of a team.
- Continuous walking, standing, bending and lifting required for 8 hours or longer.
- Must be able to lift 25 to 50 pounds and lift hands above head multiple times a day for 8 hours or longer.
- RF Scan gun yes
- Forklift (stand up and sit down)
- Box clamp lift
- Using a pallet jack
- Running roll pack machine
- Work with others frequently
- Use of walkie talkie
- Attention to details is very important
- Being able to count accurately is also very important
- Able to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to lift 15-35 lbs. frequently
- On a slow ship day (does not happen frequently) may have to help in production
- Highly motivated
- This position is a very fast paced position with a lot of bending and squatting at times
- This position will also work on our roll pack machine when we have orders as it is in the Shipping Dept.
