IQ Resource Group is seeking Manufacturing
Helpers on a rotating schedule to join a manufacturing company in the Neenah, WI area. Manufacturing experience preferred but not required. If you're interested, apply now or call IQ Resource Group at for more details.
Position: Helper
Wage:
- 1st Shift: $22.00/hr
- 2nd shift: $22.26/hr
- 3rd shift: $22.52/hr
(7am-3pm/ 3pm-11pm/ 11pm-7am)
Location: Neenah, WI
Position Summary:
This role supports converting machine operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include moving materials, packing and labeling finished product, assisting machine operators, driving powered industrial equipment, and rotating tasks within the department to ensure production flow. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to safety, reliability, and the ability to work in a team setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup, operation, and cleanup of paper converting machines
- Support machine operators to keep production running efficiently and safely
- Move raw materials and finished products throughout the production area
- Pack, label, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or production issues
- Load materials into machines and remove completed products from equipment
- Monitor machine performance and assist with basic troubleshooting when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and housekeeping standards
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear always required PPE
- Accurately complete production paperwork and use computer systems as required
- Rotate between departments and job duties based on production needs
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Assist with machine changeovers, adjustments, and routine maintenance support
- Work overtime and rotating shifts as required by production schedules
- High school education or equivalent
- Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a safe work environment
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills for production and reporting systems
- Ability to operate high-speed equipment after training
- Strong communication skills in team and independent settings
- Manufacturing, paper machine, or converting experience preferred
