Compensation: $29.87 per hour (full-time permanent)

Core hours: 1:45 p.m.

- 10:00 p.m., Monday - Friday

• Manage daily workflow, schedules, and task assignments to support production needs.
• Provide coverage as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards through audits and documentation.
• Train, coach, and support employees on FS&Q and safety procedures.
• Drive improvements using CI tools and track/report performance metrics and conduct audits.
• Promote safe work practices and assist with issue resolution.

• 6–12 months of employee training, coaching, or leadership experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of Food Safety & Quality (FS&Q) or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience in the following programs:
  Microsoft Office, SAP, data entry.
