Salary Range: $43,100.00 - $64,700.00

To ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products by meticulously operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining test equipment. Through collaborative problem‑solving and continuous learning, strive to maintain efficient testing processes, identify and resolve product defects, and ultimately contribute to exceeding customer expectations and supporting Plexus's commitment to quality.

• Executes manufacturing solutions / provides high‑quality services that satisfy customer requirements, applying process improvement or troubleshooting as required.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production as applicable.
• Demonstrates a basic, discipline‑specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus manufacturing processes and product requirements & specifications.
• Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus manufacturing processes, providing support to direct production line operators.
• Possesses basic understanding of equipment / process control / safety / risk awareness / setup awareness / operation as applicable.

• Associate's degree with 1 or more years of related experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
