Welder Fabricator
Appleton, WI | Monday–Friday | 1st Shift Hours
Full-Time | Hands-On | Skilled Trade Opportunity
Are you an experienced welder who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and building quality work? A to Z Machine Company is looking for a Welder Fabricator to join our growing team and help fabricate high-quality parts from blueprint to finished product.
If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and working with state‑of‑the‑art equipment in a team‑focused environment - we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do- Weld and fabricate parts per blueprint
- Utilize MIG & TIG welding processes
- Verify weld quality using calipers, gauges & inspection tools
- Grind, polish, straighten, and finish parts
- Perform complex fabrication and multi-pass welds
- Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes & jib cranes
- Interpret welding symbols, blueprints & specifications
- Follow all 6S, ISO/quality, and safety procedures
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of welding/fabrication experience
- Blueprint reading and weld setup experience
- Strong problem‑solving and prioritization skills
- Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication
- Safety and quality‑focused work ethic
- ASME code knowledge is a plus
