Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site CNC Machinist role located between Green Bay and Appleton area. The CNC Machinist will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. Daily work includes selecting tools, loading materials, entering or adjusting machine offsets, and verifying dimensions using appropriate measuring instruments. The role involves performing routine machine maintenance, identifying and correcting basic machining issues, and collaborating with team members to improve processes and reduce scrap.

The CNC Machinist will also complete production documentation, follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in machine operation and safe use of machinery in a production or job‑shop environment.
  • Hands‑on experience in machining and milling, including reading blueprints and working to tight tolerances.
  • Knowledge of quality control practices, including the use of calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, work orders, and setup sheets, and to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Previous experience as a CNC machinist, CNC operator, or related role in manufacturing is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and commitment to producing consistent, high‑quality work.
  • Willingness to work on‑site in the Appleton–Oshkosh–Neenah area and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training, apprenticeship, or vocational coursework in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
