Looking to start or grow your career in manufacturing? If you're mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn, A to Z Machine Company is hiring a Utility Operator – Production to support our CNC machine shop team.

This role is a great opportunity to build hands-on skills while contributing to quality parts and a high-performing team.

• Support production and inspection teams
• Perform basic inspection using gauges and visual standards
• Assist with assembly (bolting, fastening, clipping components)
• Deburr, polish, grind, and hand-finish parts
• Operate bandsaw equipment (after training)
• Train to run production parts following standard work instructions
• Monitor quality and notify leads of any issues
• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Follow all 6S, ISO/quality, and safety standards

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (additional hours as required)

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Willingness to learn forklift, crane, and equipment operation
• Blueprint reading (a plus, but not required)
