Position: Continuous Improvement Intern - St. Croix, U.S.V.I.

This internship offers the opportunity to learn and apply TRACC methodology
, engage with frontline teams, and support impactful projects that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. You’ll be mentored by experienced leaders and gain exposure to continuous improvement practices in a world‑class spirits facility. This is a full‑time, paid internship (40 hours per week) designed to provide an impactful summer experience.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support data gathering, analysis, and tracking for site performance improvement projects using TRACC methodology (40%)
  • Assist in the deployment and sustainment of Focused Improvement initiatives across the facility (20%)
  • Support implementation and auditing of 5S and workplace organization standards (15%)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote teamwork and engagement activities aligned with continuous improvement principles (15%)
  • Assist with development and delivery of training materials and sessions related to TRACC pillars (Focused Improvement, 5S, Teamwork, etc.) (10%)
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years old at the start of the internship
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred rising junior/senior or graduate student)
  • Strong interest in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on manufacturing environment
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
