The wage range for this position is $18 - $25/hr, depending on experience.
- Current Quad employees seeking career advancement
- Students in mechanical or industrial maintenance programs
- Paid, on‑the‑job training
- Experience with advanced manufacturing equipment, including robotics
- In‑demand maintenance and troubleshooting skills
- State of Wisconsin Certificate of Apprenticeship upon completion
- Safety & Operations: OSHA standards, tools, and equipment operation
- Mechanical Systems:
Bearings, belts, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, motors - Hydraulics & Pneumatics:
System components, troubleshooting, repair - Installation & Setup:
Rigging, alignment, equipment start‑up - Maintenance:
Preventive and predictive diagnostics - Machining & Fabrication:
Shop equipment, welding, and basic metalwork
- 8,000‑hour structured apprenticeship
