Position Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on Process Engineer to join our team in Ripon, WI, and take ownership of one of our core assembly lines. If you are the type of engineer who prefers being on the production floor over sitting at a desk, this is the opportunity for you. You will step right in to support our manufacturing operations, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

We need someone who is adaptable, eager to get their hands dirty, and ready to drive continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment. You will have the autonomy to identify problems, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and implement solutions that make our processes faster, safer, and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for the safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance of an assigned assembly line area.
  • Spend the majority of your time on the production floor, actively examining equipment, processes, and operations to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
  • Implement process changes, modify operation standards, and utilize Lean manufacturing techniques to optimize production.
  • Conduct capability and time studies, specify tools and fixtures, and participate in Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent related experience.
  • A strong hands‑on mindset with a proven track record of supporting production lines and driving measurable improvements.
  • The ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively across multi‑disciplinary teams including production, quality, and maintenance.
  • Experience utilizing Lean manufacturing techniques, process mapping, FMEA, and root cause analysis to solve complex problems.
  • A high level of comfort taking a project lead role within a fast‑moving, continuous improvement culture.

Join a team where your expertise directly shapes our success and where you will have the support of experienced mentors to help you grow. If you are ready to make a tangible impact and thrive in a highly collaborative, floor‑focused environment, apply today to join us today!
