Schedule: 6PM–6AM | 4 day on/4 day off
Location: Cambria, WI
Compensation: $22–$26 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Premium: +$3.00/hour
Extra PTO: 40 hours annually

- Perform routine testing and inspections to guarantee product quality and safety.
- Accurately record and analyze data using computer systems.
- Maintain a clean, food-safe work environment by following established procedures.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and keep operations running smoothly.
- Collaborate with a team committed to precision and continuous improvement.
Physical testing + production quality checks (no chemistry or advanced lab experience required)!
What You Bring- A strong work history and proven reliability.
- Sharp attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Comfort working in regulated or food-safe environments.
- Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
- A team-first mindset and desire for professional growth. (Experience in lab testing, food production, or quality assurance is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right candidates!)
- Competitive Pay: Strong hourly wage + $3.00/hour night shift premium
