Wastelab Lav Technician

Location:

Onsite – Kohler, WI

Compensation:
Starting at $26.80, plus $1.50/hour shift differential

Shift: 3rd Shift 10:00PM–6:00AM (Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed)

• Preparation of clay batch and glazes for tiles and decorative products.
• Forming – pressing tiles, forming related products, slip casting hollow ware.
• Finishing & Inspection – dry finishing, finishing prior to spray.
• Loading & unloading – greenware for bisque firing and bisque sprayed ware for glaze firing.
• Glazing of fired tiles to meet quality standards.
• Inspection and packing of finished ware.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

• Physical Capability:
