Location:

New Lisbon, WI - Merchandiser Facility

Shift: 2nd (1:00pm - 9:30pm)
** Responsibilities**:
* Prep units, which includes washing units, drying seams, checking for/repairing dents, taping breakers, checking, and following paperwork
* Paint Units
* Change out paints
* Clean paint and wash equipment
* Repair damaged units
* Use proper technique using putty and fillers
* Perform Paint PMs as assigned
* Conduct Paint Inventory
* Must be willing to work schedule as assigned by supervisor or lead
* Work on front assembly line as required
* All other duties as assigned
** Qualifications
* ** Must understand and be able to follow
** ALL
* * safe operating procedures & requirements
* Must possess a cooperative attitude
* Must be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision
* Must be able to understand and execute instructions
* Must be able to operate washer and painting equipment
* Must have high attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and be a self starter
* Must be able to wear all safety equipment including breathable air hood and half masks

* Essential Functions:

* * Must be willing and able to work in warm environment during summer months
* Paint experience strongly preferred
* Ability to lift/push pull 50-100 lbs.,

* * on a continual basis.
* Ability to reach overhead and/or above shoulder height frequently.
* Ability to stand for long periods of time.
* Ability to use repetitive motions.
* Ability to be on time and at work daily.
