Worthington Enterprises is seeking multi‑level Operators. These positions will be responsible for safely manufacturing quality parts on a fast‑paced assembly line.
Shifts Available- 1st – Monday through Friday: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm OR 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- 2nd – Monday through Friday: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm OR 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
- 3rd – Monday through Friday: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
Competitive Pay: Starting pay varies by experience, ranging from $20.91 to $23.84
, plus a $1.50/hour night shift differential for the 2nd and 3rd shifts, as well as overtime/double-time incentives
.
Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 bonus for all shifts.

Responsibilities- Ability to work in a team environment focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
- Capable of working shifts with rotation.
- Know and follow plant safety rules, policies, and procedures.
- Follow setup and operational procedures to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Perform duties on the production line, including product transfer, parts assembly, and quality inspections.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and follow tracking procedures.
- Follow company policies. Assist others as needed. Maintain a clean work area.
- Complete required paperwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned by lead or supervisor.
- Conduct all duties in line with Our Philosophy and legal, ethical, and contractual standards.
- Perform assembly, testing, material handling, welding, press room, and paint line operations.
- Follow detailed instructions to manufacture quality parts safely.
- Detect and address defects and quality issues.
- Count, label, and handle small parts accurately.
- Maintain safety standards by following policies and procedures.
- Possess good problem solving and troubleshooting skills and safety practices
- Possess a high level of initiative and personal accountability
- Ability to measure, read, write and document work
- Ability to sustain a steady work pace over an entire work day
- Strong basic math & reading skills
- Comfortable performing a wide range of responsibilities, from thinking broadly to executing detailed tasks
- Proven ability to effectively work in a detailed, fact based environment
- Commitment to personal integrity and integrity of the product(s) and processes
- Customer focused with the ability to function with a high sense of urgency
