Position Summary

A flexible analytical position working with leadership to develop controls and analysis that lead the complex to stability and process improvements in key indicators that influence results. The coordinator will support live and plant operations, using data to build trends, strategies, and process controls that keep key indicators under control.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and support tracking tools to keep key indicators under control.
  • Use daily/weekly/monthly data to build trends and strategies that help the complex achieve desired results.
  • Support the operations team to build process control templates.
  • Use operations and Agristats reports and SAP system data to construct internal comparisons and benchmark analysis, positioning the complex against peers.
  • Identify root causes affecting results and propose data‑driven corrections.
  • Support the budget process by supplying data to build challenging yet achievable scenarios.
  • Communicate analysis results clearly to management for improvement.
  • Track key indicators diligently and simplify processes where opportunities are observed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 2‑year business degree, or equivalent experience in the poultry industry.
