At milkrite | Inter Puls, we believe our success starts with our people. We're looking for a motivated and hands‑on Production Lead to support our overnight manufacturing operations while helping create a safe, respectful, and high‑performing workplace.

As a Production Lead, you'll serve as the connection between leadership and the production floor—guiding team members, supporting training efforts, promoting accountability, and helping ensure production goals are achieved safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example, developing others, and driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (overtime may be required or offered based on operational needs)

What You'll Do
  • Lead by example and champion a people‑first safety culture.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and team‑oriented work environment where employees feel valued and supported.
  • Support onboarding and training of new employees while providing ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Reinforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard work practices.
  • Monitor daily production activities to help ensure safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals are met.
  • Communicate shift performance, trends, and concerns through established communication processes.
  • Partner with supervisors and leadership to align staffing, resources, and materials with production demands.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help implement sustainable solutions using Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Proactively address and accelerate issues that could impact safety, quality, delivery, or employee morale.
  • Assist with production activities as needed to support team and business objectives.
What Sets You Apart
  • The skill to lead with integrity, respect, and accountability.
  • Finding enjoyment in coaching and developing others.
  • Proficiency in communicating clearly and effectively with employees at all levels.
  • The ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
  • You look for opportunities to improve processes and solve problems.
  • You believe a strong culture and strong results go hand in hand.
Qualifications Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Previous experience in a lead, team lead, trainer, or supervisory capacity.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing environments.
  • Experience training and developing employees.
  • Previous experience in production leadership within a manufacturing setting.
Why Join Us?

At milkrite | Inter Puls, we believe work should support your life—not compete with it. That’s why we’ve built a culture rooted in caring for our people, staying agile in how we work, and having the courage to do what’s right—for our team and our customers.

We know that a strong team starts with taking care of our people. That’s why we offer:

  • Work-life balance you can count on – a structured Monday–Friday schedule (overtime may be required or offered based on operational needs), and paid time off including 13 holidays (including time off between Christmas and New Year)
  • Health benefits that actually support you – multiple medical plan options including a $0 employee contribution option, plus dental and vision coverage starting shortly after hire
  • Income protection and peace of mind – company‑paid life insurance and disability coverage with strong wage replacement
  • Opportunities to grow – cross‑training, development programs, and educational assistance to help you build your career
  • Financial stability and rewards – 401(k) with company match and performance‑based bonus opportunities
  • Support beyond the workplace – wellness programs, employee assistance resources, and a team that genuinely cares about your well‑being
  • Most importantly, we live our “people‑first” mindset. We understand that life happens, and we work with our team members—not against them— when it does.
