Requirements and Responsibilities
- Must have expierence in food manufacturing to be considered
- 5-8+ years of industrial maintenance experience, within food manufacturing
- 5+ years of leadership/supervisory experience leading maintenance teams
- Associate’s degree or technical certification required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Will lead and manage a team of 12 technicians across three shifts
- Hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and computerized management systems (CMMS)
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion or other ERP systems preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on minimizing downtime and supporting high-speed production environments
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple shifts in a large-scale manufacturing facility
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office;
