Production Supervisor

Purpose Statement: The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing the activities of the Production Leads with an emphasis on product quality, on‑time delivery, and factory production efficiency. The Production Supervisor also supports key business metrics, team member engagement, and workplace safety.

• Drive production KPIs in the assigned area
• Manage direct reports (production supervisors) performance and development plans
• Participate in CFT meetings to work cohesively with other CFT members to drive results of the assigned accounts in terms of delivery and quality
• Typically responsible for more complex accounts or products
• Exemplify and hold the team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values; focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employees receive the required development and coaching

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of related experience is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

• Less than 40%
