Location: Clintonville, WI
Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Pay: $20.09–$22.00/hour (+$2.00 Night Shift Premium)
Sign‑On Bonus: $1,500 total
$500 after 1 year
Training may take place on the day shift for a limited period before transitioning to nights.

Our rotating day shift gives you every other weekend off and only 14 workdays per month.
Week 1: Work Mon‑Tues, Off Wed‑Thurs, Work Fri‑Sat‑Sun
Week 2: Off Mon‑Tues, Work Wed‑Thurs, Off Fri‑Sat‑Sun
What You’ll Do- Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce high‑quality products while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.
- Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Load raw materials, rolls, plates, inks, and other production supplies
- Configure machines to meet product specifications and production requirements
- Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production runs
- Perform quality inspections and verify labels, UPC codes, and packaging accuracy
- Make routine machine adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards
- Safely clear jams, paper breaks, and other machine interruptions using lockout/tagout procedures
- Complete basic equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks
- Report mechanical issues and equipment concerns to maintenance personnel
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
