Production Laborer - Montfort

Imperia Foods, Inc. in Montfort, a growing manufacturer of plant based food products, is searching for team-oriented self-starters who can grow with us. We offer full-time employment with a starting wage of $20 per hour plus shift premium.

The Production Associate’s role is to assist in the production and packaging of the product, while maintaining a clean work environment. Production Associates report directly to the Senior Production Supervisor.

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 2nd Shift Why work for us?

Be able to lift 55  able to stand for extended periods of  able to bend at the waist and reach overhead.

Adhere to and perform tasks following Imperia Foods policies and procedures.

Complete required paperwork using GDP’s (Good Documentation Practices)
Perform and document Pre/Post Operational inspections as required.

Stack 38-40# finished product blocks into bread trays up to 9 high.

Operate electric pallet jacks, Big Joe, and forklift.

Load/Unload trucks and put ingredients into racks.

Job duties are to be performed safely, following safety protocols. Report any safety concerns to management.

Properly clean and sanitize equipment and infrastructure used in the production process (tables, mats, cookers, etc.) using the color-coded tools, proper cleaning chemicals and sanitizers according to the SSOP’s.Accurately measure/weigh ingredients for production. Includes filling buckets and bins with ingredients.

Perform metal detector checks during metal detection and palletizing of product.

Perform required Sanitation verification and environmental monitoring checks as  addition to the responsibilities listed above, other duties may be assigned by your supervisor, as dictated by business necessity.
