Production Assistant

$21 - $25 USD per hour. Weekend shift. Onsite location.

Join a fast-paced digital manufacturing team working with cutting‑edge 3D printing technologies. We’re looking for a Production Assistant to support daily production, operate additive equipment, and deliver high‑quality parts across a variety of industries.

• Execute build startups, machine setups, and material handling
• Support SLA/DLP, SLS/MJF, and FDM printing operations
• Perform powder handling, vat swaps, and machine calibrations
• Conduct post‑processing and finishing operations
• Perform visual inspections to ensure part quality
• Maintain equipment and support preventative maintenance

• High school diploma required; technical degree preferred
• 1+ year experience in additive manufacturing (preferred)
• Basic understanding of 3D printing technologies and materials
• Ability to read prints or 3D files
• Comfortable working hands‑on in a production environment
