Job SummaryWe are seeking Production workers/Machine Operators to support our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for operating roll forming and fabrication equipment while ensuring parts meet quality and production specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor:
- Roll forming machines
- Die cut-off presses
- Fabrication equipment
- Measure and inspect parts using tools (tape measure, ruler, etc.)
- Ensure products meet production specifications and quality standards
- Maintain safe and organized work area
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and production guidelines
- Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on equipment
Required:
- Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and use a ruler or tape measure accurately
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred:
- Experience with roll forming or fabrication equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
