Pay: $25.13 /hour

As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for conducting hourly quality checks on lines, following quality system procedures, and focusing on preventative action to mitigate nonconforming product.

You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

• Accurately and completely maintain inspection and test record files in accordance with Product Quality Plans and Presto Quality Policies/Procedures.
• Be able to communicate any and all quality issues to Rapid Responders, Team Leaders, Shift Leaders, Process Leaders, and/or Quality Manager.
• Responsible for complying with GMP requirements to ensure safe food packaging product and report food safety problems to appropriate leaders to ensure proper action is taken.

Ultimately, you will analyze production test data and help to solve problems so that we may continue to innovate and create the best products in the industry!

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to apply basic statistics and quality tools such as control charts, histograms, and process capability calculations.
• Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Knowledge of SPC.

Icing on the cake:

• Manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of inspection methods and manufacturing process.
• Ability to keep up with changing technology.
