Senior Design Architect Overview
As a Senior Design Architect, you will lead design projects for vertical buildings, serving as the primary point of contact with clients and guiding internal and external teams.
Responsibilities- Secure, assign, and maintain a project team with the necessary resources to deliver projects.
- Identify and assess risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain effective communication with the project team and all stakeholders to ensure full project delivery.
- Control scope and cost to the project baseline.
- Ensure obligations between client and the company are fulfilled.
- Develop and monitor financial and project delivery schedules, including change management.
- At least 15 years of experience in vertical building programs.
- At least 7 years of management experience involving direct client contact and full responsibility for projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect (RA).
- NCARB Certificate holder.
- Proven ability to strategize and direct business growth and direction.
- Forward-thinking with the ability to articulate a clear vision and knowledge of trends in the vertical space.
- Strong social, networking, organization, communication, people, and presentation skills.
- Participation in professional organizations.
- Master’s Degree in Architecture.
- Experience with manufacturing and data center projects.

CompensationBase salary range: $123,600 to $170,000. Pay is determined by location and factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
