Senior Design Architect Overview

As a Senior Design Architect, you will lead design projects for vertical buildings, serving as the primary point of contact with clients and guiding internal and external teams.

• Secure, assign, and maintain a project team with the necessary resources to deliver projects.
• Identify and assess risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain effective communication with the project team and all stakeholders to ensure full project delivery.
• Control scope and cost to the project baseline.
• Ensure obligations between client and the company are fulfilled.
• Develop and monitor financial and project delivery schedules, including change management.

• At least 15 years of experience in vertical building programs.
• At least 7 years of management experience involving direct client contact and full responsibility for projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect (RA).
• NCARB Certificate holder.
• Proven ability to strategize and direct business growth and direction.
• Forward-thinking with the ability to articulate a clear vision and knowledge of trends in the vertical space.
• Strong social, networking, organization, communication, people, and presentation skills.

• Participation in professional organizations.
• Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Experience with manufacturing and data center projects.

Base salary range: $123,600 to $170,000. Pay is determined by location and factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
