Role Overview:

Join Amcor in Appleton and play a key role in producing high‑quality packaging that makes a global impact. You will assist on a machine, ensure safety and quality standards, and contribute to a team focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Work a 12‑hour shift on a 2‑2‑3 night shift schedule with three‑day weekends every other weekend. You will work half the month, meaning half the year.

• Starting pay based on experience, beginning at $23.48/hour + $1.20/hour night shift premium.

As a Machine Assistant, you will produce many types of food packaging. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment and contribute to the production of precision components.

• Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities.
• Read and comprehend production order specifications and requirements of scheduled customer orders.
• Complete all required paperwork.
• Perform quality assurance checks and flag any defective material.
• Input accurate data into our computer systems and use Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Keep the facility clean by following a 5S schedule and participate in all initiatives.
• Cross‑train in departments and on machines as needed.

• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow in your role.
