Press Brake Assistant 2nd Shift​/Afternoon-evening

With advanced equipment including lasers, press brakes, and robotic welding, our craftsmanship sets the standard.

• Assist with setup and operation of press brake machines, including staging materials and preparing tooling
• Support machine operators with job changeovers and part production
• Learn to operate press brake equipment on assigned jobs as skills develop
• Read and follow basic prints and work instructions
• Perform part checks using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and angle gauges
• Assist with material handling and keep parts organized to maintain workflow
• Identify and report quality issues or equipment concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Continue learning press brake operation and take on new tasks and responsibilities as skills improve

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and work in a hands‑on environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Mechanical aptitude or experience using hand tools
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
