Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift

Ariens Co is seeking a self‑starting, motivated Forklift Operator 2nd shift to join our team in Brillion, WI.

Pay:
Starting at $22.00/hour plus $4.00 shift premium — $26.00/hour total plus $4,000 sign on bonus.

Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 2:45PM-12:45AM.

• Work as part of a team handling materials for outdoor power equipment
• Handle raw materials and/or parts and place them in designated locations
• Operate equipment needed to perform the job
• Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals
• Record information in adherence to standard work
• Load and unload materials and units onto trucks
• Enter the material movement into AS400
• Operate an industrial truck or pallet jack to assist in loading or moving product
• Deliver the right parts and quantities to assembly cells or work centers in a timely manner
• Unload incoming product and transfer to proper storage locations
• May locate and transport raw materials to and from work centers
• Identify and locate proper tooling when requested by operators
• May load and unload dies into work centers
• Empty scrap hoppers
• May assist with crane operation
• Assist with set‑up duties as needed
• Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to stand for 10 hours a day
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
• Must wear required personal protective equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Demonstrated experience in safely operating a forklift and other material handling equipment
