The Facilities Maintenance/Process Technician performs maintenance of facility structures, oversees and participates in the cleaning and sanitation of the facility, and works during the pack season to ensure product flow is maintained to adequate levels.
Responsibilities- Direct maintenance of facility structures and operational support functions as required.
- Maintain compliance in auditable areas including food safety audits, GMP audits, plant inspections, LOTO audits, and sanitation audits.
- Communicate with outside contractors and vendors in procurement of necessary supplies including sanitation chemicals, janitorial and facility maintenance.
- Conduct routine and periodic physical inspections and maintain accurate records of master sanitation tasks.
- Participate and/or lead meetings which may include safety, training and problem‑solving and development.
- Lead, motivate, and develop facility maintenance and assigned sanitation staff to achieve outstanding results.
- Maintain efficiency, accuracy and quality of production while performing job duties.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), company policies, safety rules, and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
