Location: Appleton, WI

Pay: $22/hour

This is an entry‑level role that requires no experience in manufacturing. Propelis provides fully paid, on‑the‑job training for you to succeed in our team‑oriented environment. Bring your positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dependability. We will teach you the rest.

Working in a climate‑controlled environment, you will have the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of our unique manufacturing process. We offer two performance/wage reviews in your first year, with growth opportunities based on individual performance.

• Lifting up to 65 lbs.
• Positioning material with carts or overhead cranes
• Standing and walking for most of the shift
• Close vision for inspection of work
• Pushing/pulling carts infrequently

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across U.S. markets and differs based on location, experience, and other job‑related factors. The U.S. pay range for this position is $22 per hour.
