POSITION SUMMARY

• Monday
  - Thursday, 4:00am – 2:30pm or until work is completed
• Monday
  - Friday, 4:00am – 12:30pm or until work is completed

Schedules are subject to change based on business needs. Overtime is required as needed, and mandatory overtime is required through September to the end of December.

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally lift up to 80pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment when handling commercial tires.
• Exert a pushing force of up to 40pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
• Work at heights of up to 25feet safely while operating equipment.
• Remain on the move, work on feet for extended periods, and work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Assist other departments (e.g., e‑commerce, inventory, and will call) as required by business needs.
• Perform additional job‑related tasks or follow any instructions given by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

The employee must be qualified to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Duties include frequently lifting products weighing up to approximately 50pounds and occasionally up to 80pounds, as well as exerting a pushing force of up to 40pounds. Handling commercial tires may involve rolling, destacking, team lifting, or use of mechanical equipment. Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (SRL).

All equipment is provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe boots. Activities may occur in various weather conditions and exposure to fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants.

• Must be 18years or older to operate equipment.
• At least one year of warehouse, logistics, or relevant experience.
• Ability to lift 50pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Compliance with all company safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Pass forklift certification.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC/marijuana testing).
