What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll help produce high-quality aluminum components used in industries across the country. You'll operate production equipment, monitor quality, and keep the manufacturing process running safely and efficiently.

Your day may include:

  • Operating manufacturing machinery and production equipment
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Performing quality checks using measuring tools
  • Reading work orders and following production instructions
  • Recording production information
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Working safely while meeting production goals
  • Assisting with equipment changeovers and basic troubleshooting
