A.O. Smith Corp. in Appleton, WI is hiring a Production Associate to assemble residential water treatment systems. You will read BOMs, pick parts, assemble components, and perform inventory and quality checks on an onsite production line.
The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and obtaining a forklift certification within 60 days.
Hours:
Training 3:30pm-2am; after Aug 31, 2026: 10pm-6:30am. Pay starts at $21.85/hour, with bumps to $23.07 after 6 months and $24.28 at a year, plus $1/hour shift
