Compensation & BenefitsOur starting pay ranges from $27.04 - $28.80 based on experience. 401(k) match up to 8%.

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in making plastic packaging for food products!
Your responsibilities include- Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities
- Support machine setups and line clearances - set up packing automation, help with tool changes, stage materials, operate a forklift
- Perform quality assurance checks and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate any defects found and replace with good product
- Use a computer program to make sure specification, labels, and materials match
- Follow the packing specification to pack, wrap, and label product before using an RF scanner to scan into inventory locations
- Keep the facility clean by following a 5S schedule
- Attend monthly training and follow all GMP and PPE policies

- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
