Operations Logistics Coordinator – Appleton, WI

Airgas seeks an Operations Logistics Coordinator to oversee cylinder filling operations, manage production scheduling, quality control, safety compliance, and coordinate customer deliveries.

• Schedule production on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet all production requests.
• Coordinate customer deliveries, address product complaints, and attend to special production requests.
• Order supplies and source gases internally and externally.
• Maintain production reports and files on equipment maintenance and production.
• Sign, certify, and release fill operation records once quality control criteria are satisfied.
• Assist in training new associates and perform minor maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities.
• Conduct routine product testing, fill cylinders, and maintain routine gas stock.
• Collaborate with the Plant Manager to improve work processes and provide performance feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage metrics for improving production efficiency.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic, including rates, ratios, and percentages in all units of measure.
• Self‑starter, well organised, and able to work independently.
• Detail oriented with accurate handwritten compliance documentation.
• Dedication to product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Frequent use of computer and telephone.
• Ability to move up to 125 pounds with material handling equipment.

• Minimum of two years of cylinder filling experience, preferably in the industrial gas industry.
• Prior experience using SAP.
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
