Are you someone who enjoys variety, staying active, and working with your hands? A to Z Machine Company is looking for a Fabrication Shop Utility team member to support our fabrication department with material handling, equipment operation, and day-to-day shop operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their skills and cross-train in a fabrication environment.

• Support day-to-day operations throughout the fabrication shop
• Perform sandblasting and material handling duties
• Assist with shipping & receiving activities
• Operate saws to cut material to the correct length
• Assist with Waterjet operations and equipment maintenance
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Operate heat treatment equipment
• Cross-train in Waterjet and/or Welding
• Follow all 6S, quality, and safety procedures

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred (1+ year ideal)
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Comfortable using a tape measure and hand tools
• Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Blueprint reading experience is a bonus
