A to Z Machine Company is looking for a Fabrication Shop Utility team member to support our fabrication department with material handling, equipment operation, and day-to-day shop operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their skills and cross-train in a fabrication environment.✨ What You'll Do:🔩 Support day-to-day operations throughout the fabrication shop💨 Perform sandblasting and material handling duties🚚 Assist with shipping & receiving activities📏 Operate saws to cut material to the correct length💧 Assist with Waterjet operations and equipment maintenance🧹 Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently🔥 Operate heat treatment equipment🤝 Cross-train in Waterjet and/or Welding🛡 Follow all 6S, quality, and safety procedures✅ You're a Great Fit If You Have:🎓 High School Diploma or GED preferred🏭 Manufacturing experience preferred (1+ year ideal)🚜 Forklift experience is a plus📏 Comfortable using a tape measure and hand tools🔧 Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic⚡ Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn📘 Blueprint reading experience is a bonus🎯 Why A to Z Machine?💰
