Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 am-1:00 pm Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak season.
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 pm-11:00 pm Monday through Thursday with occasional Fridays & Saturdays during peak season.
What We Offer:
- Starting pay of $20 per hour, plus $1.63/hour shift differential for 2nd shift.
- Opportunity to earn $22-$25 per hour after completing 720 hours worked

You may be a great fit for our team if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Can work up to 12-hour shifts, including occassional Saturdays
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
- Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
Requirements for All Positions:
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality standards
- Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and system issues
- Perform machine setups and changeovers for a variety of products
- Read, understand, and plan work based on production orders
- Participate in cross-training and continuously develop skills to operate multiple machines throughout the plant
- Follow direction from management, supervisors, and lead operators
- Perform a variety of production tasks, including regularly lifting up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and be comfortable operating computerized equipment
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with a diverse team
- Safely operate stand-up or sit-down lift equipment at heights of up to 25 feet, as needed.
- Ability to operate a computer and use Microsoft Office related software.
- Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
The employee may experience variable working conditions in the work environment. Examples include, but are not limited to, temperature variations, dust, noise, and exposure to moving mechanical parts.
Safety:
- Observe all safety issues, practice safe working habits and report any unsafe situations to a supervisor.
- Be adequately trained in lock out/tag out and all other safety related programs required by the company.
- Adhere to all environmental health and safety policies.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in the production (such as participating in Safety Blitzes)
