Tester – Industrial Equipment & Automation

• Perform electrical tests for Industrial Equipment & Automation products
• Perform high-voltage and final tests for all products
• Order parts
• Troubleshoot equipment and products
• Set up and complete extended end-of-line tests
• Assemble products as needed
• Comply with Miller/PSD safety procedures
• Rotate between primary job tasks and assist with other job tasks as needed
• Apply ITW operating principles in the manufacturing area
• Train others
• Work at Appleton locations: 676 Comm, 720 Comm, and 3450 W Spencer

• Must have completed the FVTC Functional Tester Course
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred
• Must be able to operate electrical test equipment
• Understanding of ITW operating principles
• Cross training in all areas of manufacturing is required
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts during peak production times
• Must be willing to work overtime as required (12 hrs/day and/or Saturdays)
• Frequently lift, push, or pull 10–25 lbs
• Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull 25–45 lbs
• Frequently use both hands to assemble, wire, carry bins, tools, and components
• Constant standing and hand manipulation
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day

Demonstrates expertise in performing electrical tests for industrial equipment and automation products, with a strong understanding of ITW operating principles and compliance with safety procedures. Capable of troubleshooting, assembling, and training others in a manufacturing environment while adhering to flexible work schedules.
