The Finisher plays a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products meet quality standards and are ready for distribution. This position involves working with various materials and tools to complete final prepping, painting, staining, and finishing tasks for patio door and window units as well as wood trim. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Duties:

• Utilize power tools for finishing tasks, ensuring precision in all work.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Assemble components according to specifications, ensuring proper fit and function.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Disassemble and assemble of windows and door units.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and move windows, to keep the flow of production steady.

Skills:

• Experience with power tools and mechanical knowledge.
• Strong understanding of materials handling techniques.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and quantities.
• Knowledge of construction painting/staining techniques is beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay Ranging from $19.00/Hourly - $21.00/Hourly
