Based on Experience Are you an organized and detail-oriented supply chain professional with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We are seeking a Production Scheduler in Appleton, WI to develop and manage production schedules, coordinate material availability, and support on-time customer delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability
- Coordinate with operations, purchasing, customer service, and other cross-functional teams
- Monitor inventory levels and support inventory optimization initiatives
- Adjust schedules to meet changing customer demands and business priorities
- Analyze planning data to improve efficiency, service levels, and overall operational performance

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of production scheduling, planning, or materials management experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and inventory control principles
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
